Refund & Returns

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt. Return charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to cancel your order, we will strive to stop it being dispatched. However, this may not always be possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

Items exempt from return are:

  • Perishable goods with a short expiry date
  • Items where the seal has been broken
  • Personalised items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns / Exchanges eligible for a refund or replacement

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item was delivered damaged or broken (images required)
  • The item is defective (images required)

Returns / Exchanges that will require self-paid return shipping

  • Unused items that are no longer wanted
  • Any reason for return that is not listed in the refund or replacement section above

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
